We’ll invite a controlled tester group to a private Google Play track before any public release. The first native build will include ride alerts, reliable back navigation, and deep links into rider and driver flows.

Web app and alerts
The current browser app supports responsive rider and driver surfaces, installable PWA behavior, and optional Web Push ride alerts when the installation is configured.

Web/API handoff
The hosted app now exposes a versioned mobile bootstrap and session contract, safe push-token registration, optional allowlisted WebView CORS, and validated deep-link association endpoints. Native builds have not started.
