Information we use

MyRides may use account details, contact information, ride details, driver application information, device/session data, and location information you choose to share so the service can support requests and trips. When you request a ride, the platform records the pickup address or exact map pinpoint you used, the time it was captured, and—when provided by your browser—the location accuracy estimate.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, coordinate rides, support drivers and riders, protect the service, communicate important updates, and improve the experience. We do not use private account or ride data as public website content.

Storage and choices

Ride location records are restricted to the rider, assigned driver, and authorized staff/admin operations users. They may be retained for service delivery, safety, fraud prevention, chargeback/dispute evidence, operational records, or legal obligations. You can contact the local operator with questions about your information.
